自幼接受嚴格藝術教育與薰陶，素描與色彩基礎扎實。1992年於全國當代「希望杯」硬筆書法比賽中獲優秀大獎。
擅長傳統油畫表現技法，並融合現代藝術語彙，作品兼具寫實基礎與當代感，深受台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞等地藏家喜愛與收藏。

After receiving rigorous artistic training since childhood, Liu has developed a solid foundation in sketching and color. In 1992, he won the Excellence Award at the National Contemporary "Hope Cup" Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition.
He specializes in traditional oil painting techniques while integrating modern artistic language. His works balance realism with contemporary expression and are widely collected in Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
