從服裝設計及商業管理科系養成，並從事歐洲國際品牌服裝設計工作30餘年。因緣際會進入瓷器彩繪藝術，並成為「藍月芳華藝術創作有限公司」創辦人及「當代原創瓷藝家聯盟」召集人。
藝術作品創意無限、工藝技術卓著，雅緻雋永，蘊含東方古典詩詞文化韻味與西方浪漫元素，形式多元從無重複，令人回味感思。獨創工法「雲染」及以堆土技術，在瓷器上展現出獨特立體與自然漸層效果，給瓷畫帶來令人驚艷的突破。
自身喜愛詩詞文學，致力推動人文藝術，經營臉書知名度、互動性極高詩詞粉絲專頁「小蝴蝶詩詞圖文」及藝術性粉絲專頁「藍月芳華」。同時也是熱門藝術自媒體影片製作者，獲得知名窯廠與藝術中心支持，製作《藝術開窗》藝術節目，與業界知名藝術家、專業達人合作以影片訪問推廣當代美學。
藍月老師有感於瓷藝公開資訊貧乏，為了推廣彩瓷藝術在扶輪社及各大社團舉辦多場公開演講，並且籌畫從中小教育開始導入瓷器彩繪創作的課程，以實際行動積極推展彩瓷藝術。
2021年初至2022年底間固定於「長歌藝術傳播」展售；成立品牌「藍月芳華」，並設立網站。
2022年4月7日正式成為台灣第一位發行NFT瓷器的瓷藝家。
於2022年12月20日成為台灣第一位於網路發行完整瓷藝概念及創作線上課程的瓷藝家。
2022年9月通過佛光緣美術館總部嚴格評鑑，將於2025年在台北館展出。
2023年受邀參與佛光緣美術館台北館「師父頌」展覽並展出作品以緬懷星雲大師。
2023年初受到佛光山佛光緣美術館邀約，繪製一幅紀念星雲大師《悲心大願》重達10幾公斤的瓷板畫，目前收藏在台北佛光緣美術館，並且接受人間衛視及人間福報訪問報導。
2023年9月由台北市書畫美術人員職業工會頒授《文創菁英獎》。

Trained from the fashion design and business management department, and has been engaged in the fashion design of European international brands for more than 30 years. By chance, he entered the art of porcelain painting, and became the founder of "Blue Moon Fanghua Art Creation Co., Ltd." and the convener of "Contemporary Original Porcelain Artists Alliance".
The works of art are infinitely creative, outstanding in craftsmanship, elegant and timeless, containing the charm of oriental classical poetry culture and western romantic elements. The forms are diverse and never repeated, which is evocative and thought-provoking. The original construction method "cloud dyeing" and the soil pile technology show a unique three-dimensional and natural gradient effect on porcelain, bringing an amazing breakthrough to porcelain painting.
I love poetry and literature, and I am committed to promoting humanities and art. I operate the Facebook fan page "Little Butterfly Poetry and Text" and the artistic fan page "Blue Moon Youth". At the same time, he is also a producer of popular art self-media videos. With the support of well-known kiln factories and art centers, he produced the art program "Art Window", and cooperated with well-known artists and professional talents in the industry to promote contemporary aesthetics through video interviews.
Lan Yue felt that there was a lack of public information on porcelain art. In order to promote the art of colored porcelain, she held many public lectures in the Rotary Club and various clubs, and planned to introduce courses of porcelain painting creation from primary and secondary education, and actively promoted it with practical actions. Porcelain Art.
From the beginning of 2021 to the end of 2022, it will be exhibited and sold at "Changge Art Communication"; the brand "Blue Moon Fanghua" will be established, and a website will be set up.
On April 7, 2022, officially became the first porcelain artist in Taiwan to issue NFT porcelain.
On December 20, 2022, he became the first ceramic artist in Taiwan to publish a complete online course on the concept and creation of porcelain art on the Internet.
In September 2022, it will pass the strict evaluation by Fo Guang Yuan Art Museum headquarters, and will be exhibited in Taipei Pavilion in 2025.
In 2023, She will be invited to participate in the "Ode to Master" exhibition at the Taipei Pavilion of Foguangyuan Art Museum and exhibit works in memory of Master Hsing Yun.
At the beginning of 2023, I was invited by the Fo Guang Yuan Art Museum in Fo Guang Shan to paint a porcelain painting commemorating Master Hsing Yun's "Compassionate Heart and Great Wishes", which weighs more than 10 kilograms. It is currently collected in the Fo Guang Yuan Art Museum in Taipei, and is being interviewed and reported by Renjian TV and Human Fortune.
In September 2023, he was awarded the "Cultural and Creative Elite Award" by the Taipei Painting and Calligraphy Artists Professional Union.
