1987年畢業於延邊大學美術系油畫專業，之後赴韓國全南大學留學榮獲美術系博士學位，回國後至今任教於吉林省延邊大學 美術學院油畫系教授

In 1987, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Fine Arts Department of Yanbian University, and then went to South Korea to study abroad and received a doctorate degree in the Fine Arts Department. After returning to China, he has been teaching in the Oil Painting Department of the Fine Arts College of Yanbian University in Jilin Province.
