陳虹清老師自幼熱愛藝術，於高中時期考進美工科系養成學習，不只是繪畫，更善於插花、書法、工筆、彩墨以及串珠設計。
2012年至2022年間參加數場水墨創作聯展及現場揮毫畫作，水墨花鳥教學。
自2014年起，陳虹清老師將累積數十年的作畫技巧延伸於彩瓷創作，投入彩繪瓷藝創作近十年，在彩瓷創作上表現出富饒的生命力，展現女性藝術家獨有的細膩情懷與熱情奔放。
陳虹清老師特喜水墨花鳥，繪製的圖樣多以各式花卉及鳥禽為主，善於融合東西方文化元素，展現出東方美學的意境與寓意以及西方美學的浪漫高雅，在彩瓷創作過程中，不斷嘗試釉色技藝經驗之突破，不論是釉色運用、畫工與技法表現，持續充實自身美學，再由每件創作彩瓷窯燒後的挫敗與驚艷中學習精進，每一件彩瓷創作皆以不同風貌呈現。
2022年參與「當代原創瓷藝家聯盟」，申請通過佛光緣美術館嚴格評核，將於2025年在佛光緣美術館台北館進行展出。
2023年受邀參與佛光緣美術館台北館「師父頌」展覽並展出作品以緬懷星雲大師。

Mrs. Chen Hong Ching has loved art since she was a child. In high school, she was admitted to the art department to develop her studies. She is not only good at painting, but also good at flower arrangement, calligraphy, fine brushwork, color ink and beading design.
From 2012 to 2022, participated in several joint exhibitions of ink and wash creations and painted on-site paintings, teaching ink and wash flowers and birds.
Since 2014, Mrs. Chen Hong Ching has extended the painting skills accumulated for decades to the creation of colored porcelain, and has devoted himself to the creation of painted porcelain art for nearly ten years. She has shown rich vitality in the creation of colored porcelain and displayed the unique delicate feelings of female artists. With enthusiasm.
Mrs. Chen Hong Ching likes ink and wash flowers and birds. Most of the patterns she draws are various flowers and birds. She is good at integrating eastern and western cultural elements, showing the artistic conception and implication of oriental aesthetics and the romantic elegance of western aesthetics. In the process of creating colored porcelain, Constantly try to make breakthroughs in glaze color skills experience, whether it is the use of glaze color, painting techniques and technical performance, continue to enrich one's own aesthetics, and then learn from the frustration and surprise of each colored porcelain kiln after firing, and each colored porcelain creation has a different style presented.
Participate in the "Contemporary Original Porcelain Artists Alliance" in 2022, apply to pass the strict evaluation of Fo Guang Yuan Art Museum, and will exhibit at Fo Guang Yuan Art Museum Taipei in 2025.
In 2023, she will be invited to participate in the "Ode to Master" exhibition at the Taipei Pavilion of Foguangyuan Art Museum and exhibit works in memory of Master Hsing Yun.
